Merchants and partners using the Maverick Payments platform can now access Findustry AI’s Chargeback Agent to automate the dispute workflow.
When a chargeback occurs, the AI agent automatically collects evidence from merchant systems, interprets card network requirements for reason codes, builds the rebuttal and submits the completed response.
